Basic Shipping Information for All Orders
All orders are shipped from our Los Angeles area warehouse. Orders usually leave our facility within 2 business days. Standard Shipping is via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. For all orders, please include a street address as FedEx and UPS do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. By providing your e-mail address, you will receive tracking information to monitor your order's progress once it has shipped.

How do you know how much the item(s) you are ordering will cost to ship? We want you to know your shipping charges up front, before you need to provide us with any credit card or address information. To do so, simply add items to your cart and then view your cart. The cart will automatically determine your shipping charges based on the items you have selected. By checking your cart you can quickly and easily know exactly what your shipping charge will be. No surprises at the end!
When will you receive your order? This varies based on your shipping destination. Since we are located in Southern California, your package should arrive within 5 business days of being shipped (2-3 days if you are in the western half of the U.S.) Your tracking information will provide you with an expected delivery date.
Looking to receive your order sooner than standard shipping will allow? Nature-Watch is glad to help. Expedited shipments require that we know the weight of your shipment, the size of the shipping box and the address we are shipping to in order to provide an accurate quote. The easiest way to do this is to place your order on-line and select the "Expedited Shipping" option when you check out. In the "Additional Instructions/Comments" section please indicate the date by which you need to receive this order. At that point, your shipping charge will show as "TBD" (to be determined). Within about 15 minutes of you submitting your order, we will receive it. At that point (assuming it's not a weekend or holiday), we will call you to discuss the charges for the various expedited shipping options. Once you have selected the option that works best for you, we will quickly process your order, pack it up and ship it out to ensure that you receive it when you need it! We always do our part to get expedited orders out the door on time; however, beginning in 2020, both the USPS and FedEx began having some difficulty meeting their scheduled deliveries. While FedEx generally delivers on time, neither service presently guarantees delivery times and accordingly they do not refund for late deliveries.
Shipping charges to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories are: $20.00 for orders up to $100.00, or 20% of the merchandise total for orders over $100.00. Please note that the shipping charge shown in the shopping cart does not reflect your special location. The actual shipping charge will be shown on your order after you enter your shipping address and before you confirm your final purchase. Shipping time to Alaska or Hawaii is 3-4 business days.
Canada - Standard Shipping
Shipping charges to Canada vary based on the size of the order, the number and weight of boxes being shipped and the shipping address. Base shipping rates are: $20.00 for orders up to $100.00, and 20% of the merchandise total for orders over $100.00. Please note that shipping charges shown in the shopping cart are for orders shipping to the Continental U.S. Your base shipping cost will appear during checkout after you provide your shipping address; however, your final shipping cost will be determined after we receive your order and manually review its contents and shipping address to determine if there are any additional costs associated with the shipment. In those exceptional cases when the base shipping charge is not sufficient to cover the cost of shipping, we will contact you before shipping your order to provide you with information about any additional charge required. We will not process your credit card charge nor assess any additional shipping fees without first discussing them with you. Shipping time to Canada can be anywhere from 7-10 business days.
Canadian customers will be responsible for paying brokerage fees and duties as your shipment enters Canada; you will be notified of these fees as your shipment clears customs. Unfortunately, Nature-Watch is not able to estimate these charges nor do we have any control over the amount due.

International Shipping (other than to Canada)
Nature-Watch ships to many countries all over the world. Shipping costs are determined on a case by case basis. In order to request a shipping quote, the subtotal of your order must exceed $500USD. Unfortunately, Nature-Watch is not able to ship smaller orders internationally except to Canada. If you are considering an order that is more than $500, please send an email to [email protected] so that we can quote the shipping for you. Please make sure to include your FULL address as well as the item #, description, and quantity of each item you would like to order. We will reply with a shipping quote and further information about how to place your order.

Guarantee & Returns:
We stand behind every product we sell. If for any reason your merchandise does not meet your needs or expectations, call within 30 days of the date of purchase for return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All returned materials must be unused, in the original packaging, and in saleable condition. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice. Return shipping fees and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. Nature-Watch will refund the full amount of the merchandise you purchased.
