Will I have to pay sales tax on my order?
As of July 1, 2022, the following states require that we collect sales tax: Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Virginia and California. No sales tax is charged on orders shipped to customers outside of these states. Is your organization Tax Exempt?  If you are in one of the listed states and your state has deemed your organization to be exempt from paying sales tax, simply provide us with your tax exemption details by logging into your account (or clicking "Log In" at the top right and creating one if you don't have one) and completing the simple Sales Tax Exemption form. 
 
What if I need a W-9 form in order to establish Nature-Watch as a vendor for my organization?

Can I pay for my order with a Purchase Order?
Purchase Orders will be accepted from all recognized organizations (schools, camps, government agencies, non-profit organizations). All purchase orders must have the signature of an authorized representative of your organization. If you are mailing your order, please enclose your signed purchase order. If faxing your order, please fax a copy of your signed purchase order. If ordering on-line, please also fax or email a copy of your signed purchase order after you have placed your order, and include the order number you receive once your order is placed. Payment terms on all purchase orders is Net 30 days.
 
How do I get a Nature Watch Catalog?
To request a catalog simply click on the Request a Catalog link at the bottom of each web page. This will take you to a brief form that you may fill in with your name, address, and e-mail address. In addition, when you register, you can provide a way for us to contact you with information about our newest products, special promotions, and exciting offers for our online registrants! When your form is complete click "submit" and your catalog request will be sent to our catalog department.
 
How will I know if my on-line order was accepted?
We will send you an e-mail that includes an order confirmation number to confirm that your order has been received. We generally ship orders within 2 business days.  If you'd like an update, simply email us at [email protected], or you may contact us at 800-228-5816 and one of our customer service representatives will be happy to confirm your order.
 
How can I check the status of my order?
You will receive an e-mail when your order is shipped with your shipment's tracking number. You can also check on the status of your order by emailing us at [email protected], or you may contact us at 800-228-5816 and speak to one of our customer service representatives.
 
How long after I place my order does my credit card get charged?
Rather than charging your credit card immediately, we want the opportunity to carefully review your order so that we can double check that the items you ordered are in stock and/or contact you to discuss any questions we may have about your order.  Typically your order will be reviewed and your credit card will be charged either the same day or the day after you place your order on our website (depending on what time you place your order).  Orders placed between Friday afternoon and Monday morning are reviewed and charged on Monday.
 
What is your return policy?
If for any reason your merchandise does not meet your needs or expectations, call within 30 days of the date of purchase for return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All returned materials must be unused, in the original packaging, and in saleable condition. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your  invoice. Return shipping fees and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer.
 
How do I update my account?
To update your account simply click on "my account" or "Log In" at the top of any page.  Haven't registered for an account yet?  Click on ""Log In" and "Register" to set up an account - it's easy!
 
How do I request a quote?
Some customers need to receive a quote and have it approved by an administrator or bookkeeper within their organization prior to placing an order. You can request a quote by selecting your items and then by: calling us at 800-228-5816, faxing to 800-228-5814, emailing to [email protected] or submitting your quote through our website. (Click here for instructions about how to submit your quote request through our website). We respond to most quote requests within 24 hours, and often even faster!
 
What if I prefer to mail or fax my order? Our Order Form in PDF format can be printed, filled in and mailed or faxed. PDF files require Adobe Acrobat Reader, which can be downloaded from Adobe's Web site.
