In 2023 let’s help children choose at least 1 new years resolution that protects our planet! Here are 10 good, kid friendly possibilities to choose from:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Turn off the lights when leaving a room to save energy.<\/li>
  2. Use a reusable water bottle instead of disposable plastic bottles.<\/li>
  3. Use a reusable lunch box and bag to reduce waste from single-use plastic containers.<\/li>
  4. Plant a tree or help take care of a community garden.<\/li>
  5. Learn about and participate in efforts to protect local wildlife and habitats.<\/li>
  6. Reduce, reuse, and recycle by properly disposing of trash and finding new uses for old items.<\/li>
  7. Use public transportation, walk, or ride a bike instead of driving to reduce air pollution.<\/li>
  8. Learn about and support efforts to combat climate change.<\/li>
  9. Educate friends and family about the importance of protecting the environment.<\/li>
  10. Help conserve water by turning off the tap when not using it and taking shorter showers.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
