Basic Shipping Information for All Orders
All orders are shipped from our Los Angeles area warehouse. Orders usually leave our facility within 2 business days. Standard Shipping is via UPS Ground or USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation. For all orders, please include a street address as UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.  By providing your e-mail address, you will receive tracking information to monitor your order's progress once it has shipped.

*If your shipment weighs less than 2 pounds but is valued at more than $40, it does not qualify for these less expensive shipping options due to the cost of insuring your shipment.
 
How do you know how much the item(s) you are ordering will weigh?  We want you to know your shipping charges up front, before you need to provide us with any credit card or address information.  To do so, simply add items to your cart and then view your cart.  The cart will automatically determine your shipping charges based on the items you have selected.  By checking your cart you can quickly and easily know exactly what your shipping charge will be.  No surprises at the end! 
 
When will you receive your order?  This varies based on your shipping destination.  Since we are located in Southern California, your package should arrive within 5 business days of being shipped (2-3 days if you are in the western half of the U.S.)  Your tracking information will provide you with an expected delivery date.
 
Expedited Shipping: Next Day, 2nd Day or 3rd Day Air
Looking to receive your order sooner than standard shipping will allow?  Nature-Watch is glad to help.  Expedited shipments require that we know the weight of your shipment and the address we are shipping to in order to provide an accurate quote.  The easiest way to do this is to place your order on-line and select the "Expedited Shipping" option when you check out.  In the "Additional Notes/Comments" section please indicate the date by which you need to receive this order.  At that point, your shipping charge will show as "TBD" (to be determined).  Within about 15 minutes of you submitting your order, we will receive it.  At that point (assuming it's not a weekend or holiday), we will call you to discuss the charges for the various expedited shipping options.  Once you have selected the option that works best for you, we will quickly process your order, pack it up and ship it out to ensure that you receive it when you need it! 
 
Standard Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and U.S. Territories
Shipping charges to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and U.S. Territories are: $20.00 for orders up to $100.00, or 20% of the merchandise total for orders over $100.00.  Please note that the shipping charge shown in the shopping cart does not reflect your special location.  The actual shipping charge will be shown on your order after you enter your shipping address and before you confirm your final purchase.  Shipping time to Alaska or Hawaii is 3-4 business days.  Shipping time to Canada can be anywhere from 7-10 business days. 
 
Canadian customers please note that in addition to shipping charges you will be responsible for paying brokerage fees and duties as your shipment enters Canada; you will be notified of these fees as your shipment clears customs.  Unfortunately, Nature-Watch is not able to estimate these charges nor do we have any control over the amount due.

We stand behind every product we sell. If for any reason your merchandise does not meet your needs or expectations, call within 1 year of date of purchase for return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All returned materials must be unused, in the original packaging, and in saleable condition. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your  invoice. Return shipping fees and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer.  Nature-Watch will refund the full amount of the merchandise you purchased.
