How do I get a Nature Watch Catalog?
To request a catalog simply click on the Request a Catalog link in the top (brown) bar of each web page. This will take you to a brief form that you may fill in with your name, address, and e-mail address. In addition, when you register, you can provide a way for us to contact you with information about our newest products, special promotions, and exciting offers for our online registrants! When your form is complete click "submit" and your catalog request will be sent to our catalog department.
 
How do I update my account?
To update your account simply click on "my account" in the top (brown) bar on each page.  Haven't registered for an account yet?  Click on "my account" and set up an account - it's easy!
 
How much will it cost to ship my order?
Orders are shipped as soon as possible once they are received (usually within 2 business days). Shipping charges within the continental U.S. (and to all U.S. military bases) are: $9.00 for orders up to $90.00, or 10% of the amount of the merchandise total for orders over $90.00. Shipping charges to Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico and to Canada are: $20.00 for orders up to $100.00, or 20% of the merchandise total for orders over $100.00. Shipping charges for UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3rd Day Air are assessed per order. If you wish to have your order shipped via one of these expedited methods, please select "Expedited Shipping" when you check out. Standard shipping is via UPS Ground or USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation. Shipping to APO's and other government post offices is via U.S. Postal Service. For all orders, please include a street address as UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
 
Can I pay for my order with a Purchase Order?
Purchase Orders will be accepted from all recognized organizations (schools, camps, government agencies, non-profit organizations). All purchase orders must have the signature of an authorized representative of your organization. If you are mailing your order, please enclose your signed purchase order. If faxing your order, please fax a copy of your signed purchase order. If ordering on-line, please also fax or email a copy of your signed purchase order after you have placed your order, and include the order number you receive once your order is placed. Payment terms on all purchase orders is Net 30 days.

What if I need a W-9 form in order to establish Nature-Watch as a vendor for my organization?
Simply fax (800-228-5814) or email (info@nature-watch.com) your request.  We have completed W-9 forms ready to send!
 
How will I know if my on-line order was accepted?
We will send you an e-mail to confirm that your order has been received. We generally ship orders within 2 business days.  If you'd like an update, simply email us at info@nature-watch.com, or you may contact us at 800-228-5816 and one of our customer service representatives will be happy to confirm your order.
 
Will I have to pay sales tax on my order?
Only orders shipped to California locations pay sales tax. Tax is assessed only on the merchandise total of these orders. Orders shipped to locations within Los Angeles county are taxed at the L.A. County rate of 9.75%. All other California locations are taxed at 8.25% .
 
How can I check the status of my order?
You can check on the status of your order by emailing us at info@nature-watch.com, or you may contact us at 800-228-5816 and speak to one of our customer service representatives. If you provided your e-mail address when you placed your order, you will receive an e-mail when your order is shipped and your shipment's tracking number. This allows you to track the movement of your order through the delivery system.
 
What is your return policy?
We stand behind every product we sell. If for any reason your merchandise does not meet your needs or expectations, call within 1 year of date of purchase for return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All returned materials must be unused, in the original packaging, and in saleable condition. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your  invoice. Return shipping fees and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer.
 
What if I prefer to mail or fax my order? Our Order Form in PDF format can be printed, filled in and mailed or faxed. PDF files require Adobe Acrobat Reader, which can be downloaded from Adobe's Web site.
